I really liked this series and All of Amber Kell's work (usually) only,
This one was a big disappointment. And I was looking forrad to Dillon's story, we accept read nearly him in the pride since the bk 1.
Information technology was way too quick and rushed, for a story virtually 3 characters to requite them the fourth dimension and pages they deserve it needs to longer than 53 pages!
The relationship between the three was underdeveloped, the three didn't blend like they do in shifter stories.
While Chester's "problem" and fixing it practise 2.5
I really liked this series and All of Bister Kell's piece of work (commonly) simply,
This i was a big disappointment. And I was looking forward to Dillon's story, nosotros take read virtually him in the pride since the bk 1.

The human relationship betwixt the three was underdeveloped, the 3 didn't blend like they practise in shifter stories.
While Chester's "problem" and fixing it does accept center stage, which it needed, Evin story "problem" was left hanging. Normally they would gear up one problem and move to side by side trouble, but here the bk but ended.
As well with all the editing "opps" it was getting irritating.
The wrong name used in places, mixed up a few times. Stuff like kickoff Evin is taller than Dillon, then Dillon is taller then Evin, and while Chester is the brusque one (v-6 inches) but in one scene he is behind Evin and "trying to drill a pigsty into Evin'south dorsum" (and not with his finger), I think someone needs to refresher form in male anatomy, cause it wouldn't be his back.
(that is one of my pet peeves, when the characterization of characters keep changing. If the authors doesn't take a Articulate movie of the graphic symbol in their mind how are we suppose to follow along?)
Merely the reason I didn't round "upwards" was the ending.

It was similar author didn't intendance, rush to go it done. If the one writing the volume doesn't care and rushes thru it, how are we suppose to intendance?
I don't mean to exist harsh, I ordinarily dear her books and tin can't wait to get my hands on next one, especially this series. But this 1 was too rushed even for her books.

El caso de Evin, el búho, no es tan distinto, pero la diferencia es que él ha escapado de las manos de los malos para avisar a los leones de la amenaza que hay tras ellos, y en el proceso se cruza con los dos hombres de su vida.
La relación entre estos tres no es flores y corazones, primero deben lidiar entre ellos para aceptar que realmente el destino los ha puesto juntos, y luego deben hacer frente a los enemigos que intentan destruir sus vidas y su felicidad.
Una vez más, en esta entrega de la saga podemos ver cómo la comunidad shifter se une para enfrentar al enemigo y reconquistar su derecho a la vida. Muy recomendable. ...more
I take really liked Dillon all the way through this series so was excited to go his story in More Than Pride only in the finish it felt similar a bit of roller-coaster, in that it was over all about as soon as it began. I realise they are all short stories simply Dillon's story seemed rushed.
If you think 2 dissimilar types of shifters getting together is difficult imagine it with 3. The fact that one is a Lion desperate for a mate, 1 is an Owl with a psychotic brother and

If you recollect ii different types of shifters getting together is difficult imagine it with 3. The fact that i is a Lion desperate for a mate, one is an Owl with a psychotic blood brother and that has been abused and the final one is a house cat who has been poisoned information technology's a pretty tricky situation.
There are misunderstood feelings, a poison that needs an antidote and a ginger cat called Garfield. I'm pleased Dillon got his men I only wished we had learnt a little more about them all along the way.

All in all, this wasn't then bad. It certainly didn't justify putting it off this long. Like, uh, a month or and so.
Anyway, despite this beingness a threesome and involving intended betrayal, it actually was a nice read with engaging characters. Sure, it wasn't particularly long and the author, every bit she is wont to practice, dealt with any problems arose rather swiftly. That's however refreshing. XD
The overall plot of the series is moving on as well, plus in the background more mates met, amidst them a

Certain, information technology wasn't peculiarly long and the author, as she is wont to do, dealt with whatever bug arose rather swiftly. That'south withal refreshing. XD
The overall plot of the series is moving on as well, plus in the background more mates met, amid them anther triad, who no uncertainty will feature in the side by side volume. So far, so skillful.
I do appreciate how previous protagonists remain what they were in their own books. The alpha pair is amusing equally ever.

Compared to the rest of the series, the action from meeting to conclusion seemed faster than the remainder of the series, but a lot of the back story for the "bad" humans has been set up
You actually cheer for the characters in this one, I love the fact that the Pride featured in these stories is so willing to be open to all types of shifters (granted, role of that could be the Alpha'southward mate being a wolf so he had to exist open up to wolves and the rest have followed since Adrian would remind him of that....).Compared to the rest of the series, the action from meeting to conclusion seemed faster than the rest of the serial, but a lot of the back story for the "bad" humans has been ready, so it makes sense!
What was a fun introduction is Andrew drawing such attention considering he spent part of his life trying to "incorporate" his son's shift and started the arrangement that has since gone completely out of control!

I love Amber's shifters' stories. But this one left me terribly disappointed !!
I had looked forward to reading Dillon's book, and was excited to hear he would b in a menage.
But it felt extremely rushed, and 3 points of view came across as jumbled.
The story line had potential, but the whole story was hurried along. Too much was added in besides quick.
Added in was the matter of new characters finding POTENTIAL mates, and old characters obsessed with new characters.
This was not one o Not happy :-(

It's a short book, I get that. But there was too much going on for it to be anything just rushed. And we had everything only fall into place. I don't like drama for drama'southward sake, but this was just to much the other manner.

four stars... What tin can I say... Bister Kell ever delivers what I expect! Brusk, sweet and a new breed of shifter every fourth dimension I turn around! I must say that the merely thing I didn't see coming was the Andrew upshot... hmmm! LOL!BTW: I take always admired the covers for this series... but this one is just then darn cute! :D
